Mechanical Translation of Documents is Now Complete and posted

The documents being used in the Trust Networks in Bay County have been translated using the North Florida Resilience System Translator. They are available on the MPHISE-RAC Bay County Trust Network Forms page. The page is password protected, and I will email Work Group members the password.

The Mission Critical Functions Survey is now available in both English and Spanish on the Bay County Dashboard. You will see a series of buttons in the upper left corner of the dashboard. The three buttons with white backgrounds link to the Trust Network Forms and Mission Critical Fuctions Surveys. 

Note that where an address is requested on the survey, we are interested in associating the evaluation of the the Mission Critical Functions with a general area of the county. If the church is in the area referenced, its address would be fine. We will be aggregating the data for each community, so no one response address will appear on a map of results. The Zip Code entry is important.
