Dorian's Potential Impact on St. Augustine

On September 2, 2019, Hurricane Dorian has devastated the northern Abacos in the islands of the Bahamas with Cat 5 winds and surge.  The storm is expected to move slowly toward and along the Florida coast to the north from Palm Beach toward St Augustine.  in the best case scenario, Dorian will pass St. Augustine out at sea as a Cat 3 hurricane with relatively little damage to the metapolian and surrounding areas.  However, other possible scenarios would include significant flooding, wind, and surge damage.
