food, water, ice, medical supplies for cuts and scrapes, sanitizer, tools, cleaning supplies, mold masks, mold rid, flat ended shovels, other shovels, gloves, tarps

-some areas are cut off

- it seems like supplies are stockpiled in some locations

Setting up a CEOC (roundtable)

-Can we get a refrigerator truck that can sit somewhere?

-Possible CEOC location: Sears on Olive Rd. is closing or already has closed. It has loading and ramps.

Call in with Gonzalo Valdez (Environmental Justice Team - Sierra Club - Tampa)

-Sierra Club is fundraising now and will be offering grants

-Rodney Jones (President of NAACP) & Jerry McIntosh (President of Movement for Change) will make a proposal

-Jan Booher (UUJF) will coordinate with Gonzalo about grant paperwork

Call in with David McDougal (Miami Climate Alliance)

-CEOCs are essentially warehouses that supply Resilience Hubs in the community. The Resilience Hubs are the Commuity Based Organizations that distribute supplies to the people in the communities

-There are communications systems that are being used in the field during hurricanes in the CEOCs and the Resilience Hubs. Zello and What's App are easily available. There is a plug-in unit that serves 4 radios that was used in Miami last year. David will send a communications budget piece with information for the proposal

Roundtable

-discussion of real estate agents who could help with warehouse connection

-discussion of truck leasing or rental

-discussion of follow ups
