This group will coordinate the establishment of a Community EOC that will serve Resilience Hubs in the Panama City area.

Here is Basic Information about CEOCs and Resilience Hubs that I prepared for the Miami area. This is a broad template that has to be adapted to each region and each community. It describes what can be, not what already actually exists in most communities where we are working.
